Agreement
By using Secret.Broker you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your responsibility
There are no accounts here and no login. The link is the access. Anyone who has the link can open the secret, and each open counts against the view limit. Keep your links as carefully as you'd keep what's inside them.
Acceptable use
You can use Secret.Broker to share secrets securely. Don't use it to transmit illegal content, malware, threats, or harassment. Misuse means blocked access and possible referral to authorities.
Ownership
Secret.Broker is owned and operated by Subverting Complexity. The platform, its code, and the Secret.Broker brand belong to Subverting Complexity. What you encrypt and send is yours. Once a secret is deleted, it can't be recovered by anyone.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime or delivery. Subverting Complexity is not liable for data loss from encryption failure, user error, or interception. This is a free service with no fees, so total liability is zero.
Blocking access
Access can be blocked or restricted at any time if there's evidence of abuse, illegal activity, or anything that threatens the infrastructure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Unresolved disputes go to arbitration under AFSA rules in Pretoria. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court for any actions brought by Subverting Complexity.
Changes
These terms may change. Updates will be posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
